  This patient had severely worn teeth and was unhappy with the appearance of her smile.  She underwent orthodontic treatment and bleached her teeth.  She was restored with a combination of an implant supported crown, conventional all ceramic crowns, and ceramic veneers.
  This patient had extensive wear and was unhappy with the appearance of her teeth.  She was restored with a combination of ceramic crowns and veneers in the upper arch and six veneers on the lower front teeth.

Reconstruction with Ceramic Crowns
           
   This was a full mouth reconstruction case. Unfortunately, most of the patient’s upper teeth were not salvageable and the few that were, were not strategically located. We were able to maintain many of this patient’s lower teeth. We restored this patient with an implant supported complete denture to replace his missing upper teeth and conventional crowns and bridges in his lower arch.
   This patient had erosion and severe wear throughout the upper arch. After orthodontic treatment, we bleached her lower teeth and restored her worn upper teeth with all ceramic crowns.
       
  Case #5 - Full Mouth Reconstruction with Ceramic Veneers, Crowns and Bridges
  Case #6 -Cosmetic Reconstruction of the Upper Front Teeth with Ceramic Crowns
           
   This patient had severe attrition of her teeth and kept breaking her front teeth and also lost two back teeth due to fracture.  We restored her over several months using a combination of veneers on her lower and upper front teeth as well as all ceramic bridges to restore the upper right and left back teeth.
  This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her teeth and her upper front teeth in particular.  We used all ceramic crowns on the upper front teeth and lower molars and replaced all of her silver fillings with tooth colored restorations.
       
   Case #7 - Bleaching and Porcelain Veneers

   As you can see from the pre-op photo, this young lady’s teeth were severely decalcified and had a mottled appearance. She had completed orthodontic treatment, but was still not happy with the appearance of her teeth. We bleached the lower teeth and placed porcelain veneers on her upper front eight teeth. She was delighted with the result.
   This patient had several failing teeth and was unhappy with the appearance of her smile.  She underwent orthodontic treatment and bleached her teeth.  She was restored with a combination of implant retained crowns, conventional crowns, porcelain veneers and some bonding on the lower front teeth.
